Our goal is to process all orders within 24 hours from the receipt of the order. If your order is placed on a weekend or holiday, it is our goal to process and ship your order on the next business day. Subject to availability.

Express non Klang Valley (next day delivery) | Available for selected areas in Peninsular Malaysia except Perlis - Orders placed before 8 p.m. are processed for next day delivery. Shipping Options
Online order tracking and delivery confirmation are provided by the POS LAJU or any of other courier services. Reibo.my is unable to assume responsibility for packages lost in shipment or when order tracking and delivery confirmation is not available.
Shipping Charges
All shipping charges, including returns and store credit, are the responsibility of the customer. However, if a return is due to damaged or defective merchandise or an error on our part, we will send you a prepaid return label along with your RMA number (please refer to our Return Policy).
